Using Flex Components -- Version 1.5

Macromedia Flex provides a component-based development environment that you use to develop your applications. I can discover that flex components have been improved from flash mx 2004 components, but I just can't use them in flash authorizing tool, especially the containers.
can u tell me what's the key different between the flex components and flash components???
how can I use ALL the flex components in flash?? extends them??

You are correct in that you cannot use the Flex components in the Flash IDE.

Although Flex components may have the same names as similar Flash IDE components, their architecture and code are substantially different, and they are not compatible with the Flash IDE.

I've read some of the flex and flash components sources, flex components are much more sophisticated and powerful, but I think it's still the same architechtrue, because most of the flash code are included in flex code, functions, properties.......

comparing to flash's, flex components have some new functions such as drag and drog, tip.

is it difficult to modify flex source to be used for flash?

is Macromedia doing so? or planning to do so?
