There are some very basic and important information missing. There is no description on expressions, the types of expressions and the operators and the type and number of arguments each operator can accept.

You can search once inside the documentation; above each entry is a magnifying glass icon. Click it and a search window will appear. It's a bit flaky on my machine, but I'm not sure why.

لدي التهاب بالمجاري البولية حاد ابناء بصديد وتحول الى دم وليس هناك اي سبب فقط حيث ان ابنتي اصيبت بذات الرئة وانا اشعر منذ اسبوع بحرقان وبعده بدا الصديد الاخضر ولم يترافق مع ذلك اي ارتفاع بالحرارة وهذه الحالة قدسبقت واتتني منذ9سنوات وقبلها ب3سنوات ولاادري ماهو السبب وهل العلاج بالحبوب سيبورباي كافي ؟
